Full DEUS II Control

The D2-RC serves as the primary user interface for the DEUS II system, giving you comprehensive control over your detector's settings and performance.

The remote features a backlit graphic display that provides target information and access to DEUS II's extensive range of detection settings.

The remote can be quickly attached to or removed from the DEUS II stem, allowing it to be mounted directly on the detector or carried separately when desired.

12 Factory Programs + 12 User Programs

The DEUS II Remote provides access to 12 factory detection programs designed for a wide variety of terrain and detecting conditions.

An additional 12 user program slots allow you to customize settings and save your preferred configurations.

Whether you're searching parks, fields, beaches, mineralized ground, or underwater, the DEUS II platform provides extensive adjustment capability for adapting the detector to changing conditions.

Wireless DEUS II Ecosystem

The D2-RC communicates wirelessly with compatible DEUS II FMF search coils and integrates with XP's wireless ecosystem.

Depending on your configuration, the remote can communicate with compatible XP wireless headphones and the optional MI-6 wireless pinpointer, providing a highly integrated detecting system without the traditional coil-to-control-box cable.

Waterproof to 20 Meters / 66 Feet

The DEUS II Remote is IP68 certified and waterproof to 20 meters / 66 feet when properly configured for underwater use.

XP provides two different pressure plugs for the remote.

The grey plug is intended for normal land use and submersion up to 1 meter.

The red plug is required when submerging the remote beyond 1 meter and allows operation down to the remote's maximum rated depth of 20 meters.

The appropriate plug must be installed according to XP's instructions before submerging the remote.

Built for the Field

The DEUS II Remote is designed to withstand demanding detecting conditions.

Its rugged construction features an over-molded rubber exterior and shock-resistant design while remaining compact enough to mount on the detector or carry separately.

The remote's multipurpose connector supports charging, software updates, and compatible wired audio accessories.

Rechargeable Battery

The D2-RC features an integrated rechargeable lithium battery providing up to approximately 25 hours of operation, depending on settings and audio-output use.

XP lists an approximate charging time of 3 hours for the DEUS II system components.

A battery-level indicator allows you to monitor remaining charge while detecting.

Built-In Audio

The DEUS II Remote includes its own speaker, allowing the detector to be operated without headphones when desired.

Audio settings can also be independently managed for the remote, compatible wireless headphones, and supported wired audio accessories.

The DEUS II platform also provides a configurable 4-band equalizer for supported audio outputs.

Software Updatable

XP continues to develop the DEUS II platform through software updates.

The D2-RC can be updated to receive compatible software improvements and new functionality as XP releases them.

Recent DEUS II software development has also added compatibility with XP's XTREM HUNTER deep-seeking system, further expanding the capabilities of the DEUS II platform.
