We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders must be intended for use within the United States

  • We do not ship internationally

  • We do not ship to freight forwarders, reshipping services, or export brokers

Any order suspected of being intended for export may be canceled prior to shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or for high-value items requiring additional verification

Orders are not considered shipped until tracking information has been provided.


3. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and comply with manufacturer requirements:

  • Orders may be subject to manual review prior to shipment

  • We may request:

    • Identity verification

    • Address confirmation

    • Clarification of intended use

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled.


4. Billing & Shipping Requirements

  • Billing and shipping information must be accurate and verifiable

  • Orders with mismatched or suspicious details may be held for review or canceled

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to addresses associated with freight forwarding or reshipping activity


5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Shipping method may vary depending on product size, value, and destination.

Signature confirmation may be required on high-value orders.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

Any promotional shipping offers apply only within the United States.


7. Delays & Delivery Issues

Heritage Gold Rush is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Heritage Gold Rush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier

If a package is damaged in transit:

  • Contact us promptly with photos of the damage and packaging

  • We will assist in initiating a claim when applicable


9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Carrier inability to deliver

The order may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
