3. U.S. Sales Restriction (Export Prohibition)

Certain manufacturers we represent strictly prohibit international sales.

  • You are not acting as an exporter, broker, or intermediary for international shipment

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order suspected of export or reshipping

  • Refuse service to customers attempting to bypass these restrictions

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Export or reshipping concerns

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment at our sole discretion.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer
