Refund, Return & Order Policy – Heritage Gold Rush

At Heritage Gold Rush, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Due to the nature of our products and manufacturer agreements, the following policies apply to all purchases.

1. Return Eligibility

Heritage Gold Rush reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether a product is eligible for return.

Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Item is free of damage, wear, or signs of use

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Metal detectors

  • Search coils

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or removed from original packaging

These items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty in the event of operational defects.

3. Manufacturer Warranty

If a product is found to have a defect:

  • The item will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or conditions outside warranty coverage may result in:

    • Repair fees

    • Shipping and handling costs

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at the discretion of Heritage Gold Rush prior to shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Policy violations

  • Export or reshipping concerns

  • Pricing or inventory errors

5. Export & Reshipping Restrictions (U.S. Sales Only)

Certain manufacturers we represent strictly prohibit the export of their products outside the United States.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The purchase is intended for use within the United States only

  • You are not acting as a broker, exporter, or reseller for international shipment

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of:

  • Freight forwarding

  • Third-party reshipping

  • Export outside the U.S.

Orders identified as violating these terms will be canceled immediately.

6. Payment Processing Fees (Non-Refundable)

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

In the event of a cancellation (including but not limited to suspected export, fraud, or policy violation):

  • Processing fees (typically 3–5%) are non-refundable

  • These fees may be deducted from the total refund issued

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

7. Billing & Shipping Verification

To prevent fraud and unauthorized export:

  • Billing and shipping information must be accurate and verifiable

  • Orders with mismatched or suspicious details may be delayed, held, or canceled

  • We do not ship to known freight forwarding addresses

We may request additional verification, including:

  • Identification

  • Address confirmation

  • Order intent clarification

Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to all policies outlined herein.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • We will provide documentation including:

    • Policy acknowledgment

    • Order details

    • Communication records

Abuse of chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

9. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase with Heritage Gold Rush, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to this policy

  • Your order complies with all applicable restrictions

  • Your purchase is not intended for export outside the United States

Heritage Gold Rush reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to remain compliant with manufacturer agreements and protect against fraud.
