Due to the inherent nature of this package, it is at the discretion of Heritage Gold Rush to determine if individuals selecting this package are of the proper physical and mental state to engage in this activity.

This selection is primarily designed for individuals who have prior experience in the art of prospecting but are interested in learning advanced techniques and accessing more remote locations.

This may include methods of gold prospecting such as: sluicing, crevicing, snorkeling/sniping, and high banking. This package includes access to a potentially gold bearing location which may or may not be remote in nature and potentially difficult to access. The equipment needed to engage in this activity shall be provided*  i.e, diving mask and snorkel, sluice box, high banker, crevicing tools, prybars, etc. 

*Snorkeling requires the use of a personal wet suit which shall not be provided by Heritage Gold Rush.

Outside of the provided equipment, it is incumbent upon the user of this service to acquire all basic and necessary materials to engage in the physically demanding recreation of gold prospecting. This would include but is not limited to:  Basic gold prospecting equipment (gold pan, classifier, snuffer bottle.) proper attire and footwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, gloves, bug spray, water, food, and any medication(s) that may be needed at a moment's notice. 

Basic first aid, secondary water filtration, and a Garmin rescue beacon are provided for use by Heritage Gold Rush in the event of an emergency. It should be noted that upon the purchase of this package users of this service are required to sign a waiver releasing Heritage Gold Rush from ANY and ALL civil or legal liabilities as the result of injury or catastrophic harm which could occur from engaging in this activity.

In addition, the user of this service should also be aware that there is NO guarantee of acquiring gold as the result of engaging in this service. It is our intention to see the users of this service leave both educated and with gold in hand but due to the inherent nature of gold prospecting no certainty can be claimed. 

The location of the activity shall be determined upon the purchase of this package and may vary based on time of season, physical requirements, and relative distance to the customer. 

The typical length of this activity is approximately 6-8 hours but may vary based on time of season, weather, and the physical stamina of the client.
