The detector and accessories must be returned in the condition in which they were provided, excluding reasonable wear from normal and proper use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe renter is financially responsible for \u003cstrong\u003eloss, theft, destruction, missing equipment or accessories, and damage beyond ordinary wear\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe $2,500 security deposit does \u003cstrong\u003enot\u003c\/strong\u003e limit the renter's financial responsibility.
