The detector and accessories must be returned in the condition in which they were provided, excluding reasonable wear from normal and proper use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe renter is financially responsible for \u003cstrong\u003eloss, theft, destruction, missing equipment or accessories, and damage beyond ordinary wear\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe $1,000 security deposit does \u003cstrong\u003enot\u003c\/strong\u003e limit the renter's financial responsibility. If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit, the renter remains responsible for the remaining balance in accordance with the rental agreement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eCancellations \u0026amp; Rescheduling\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made at least \u003cstrong\u003e24 hours before the scheduled pickup time\u003c\/strong\u003e are eligible for a full refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a \u003cstrong\u003e$25 cancellation fee\u003c\/strong\u003e.
